Phoenix Area Disc Dogs August 1st-2009- July 31st 2010 Membership Application $25 Single $40 Family +$10 additional dog(s) • Memberships renew on August 1st of each year. A 50% Discount is given to those who join on or after February 1st of each club year. The Phoenix Area Disc Dogs “PHADD” a pending non-profit organization is a local club that is supportive of local canine charities and all K9 Disc Enthusiasts and spectators alike. Our focus is to welcome all new members, both human and canine, at all levels of experience. PHADD encourages all canine lovers and their furry friends by hosting, play days and or events that are enjoyable, well run, competitive, varied and promote good sportsmanship. PHADD members also get a great discount on club ordered Hyperflite gear and discs! PHADD always has the best interest of our canine companions at heart while catering to the love and fun of the sport. We respect everyone’s personal goals in the sport, whether it is just for personal enjoyment or for serious competition. A Single Membership $25 - is defined as 1 adult, 18 years of age or older, bringing only 1 dog to PHADD events/play days. A Family Membership $40 is defined as two or more members living in the same household, bringing only 1 dog to PHADD events/play days. An Additional Dog $10 - is defined as any additional dog or dogs attending PHADD events and play days. This fee covers multiple dogs.
